The process of sitting down and filling out your intake form is the beginning of our healing work together. Please allow 30-45 minutes to complete your form so that you can take your time and reflect on your answers. It is a lengthy process dues to the fact that both the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and Holistic Massage Therapy seek to address healing on multiple levels. The intake helps both of us gain a complete picture of your health and allows for a truly holistic approach to your care. In that way, we are able to address the underlying issues rather than continuously addressing the same symptoms over and over.
